Information collected
When you submit the project assessment form, we receive the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, project need and message. Basic technical request information may also be processed by the services used to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, respond to you, understand potential project requirements and maintain reasonable records of business communications.
Service providers
The website is hosted using DigitalOcean infrastructure. Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to Innovateon Solutions. Scheduling links open Calendly in a new tab only after you choose to use them. These providers may process limited information as required to provide their services.
Language preference
The website may store your selected language locally so that preference can be respected on future visits. This preference is not used for advertising.
Retention and disclosure
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, project evaluation and applicable business obligations. It is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the website and its users.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
